Once your payment has been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify your order (shipping/billing address, email, phone number, items and quantities ordered, etc.). An order can only be cancelled within 60 minutes. Here are the refund conditions in the event of a successful cancellation:   CREDIT CARD / GOOGLE PAY / APPLE PAY: For payments made via credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, the charge only occurs when the merchandise order is confirmed.   PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL & STRIPE For payments made via PayPal, the amount is debited directly when the order is placed. Once the cancellation is successfully processed, we automatically issue a refund.
